Assuming the "status quo" is gone, we need to come up with a proposal that eliminate the stated issues eric brings up: "Sharing of information" while also preserving skrouse use.
This proposal: 1) Release all rookie builds to everyone. 2) In-season scouting available for purchase.

Erics Proposal:
Remember, this isn't a "vote no on everything because we like the way it is", this is assuming the status quo WILL change, giving eric another option to decide what to change it to. If this proposal does well in this vote, we could release more details (cost of in-season scouting, specific rules etc.).

hey, this proposal would only be pushed forward if the status quo is not an option. Your 'yes' vote only rates this proposal versus erics proposal for purposes of erics review if he is making a change to the scouting system.
