I'm trying to build a slideshow type video for my DND cards. I want to be able to fade one out and fade in another. Do you know of a good program I can buy/download?

I just have 'Movie Maker' which came on my Windows laptop which does the trick.  You could try searching to see if you have that on your machine already.

EDIT: Not sure this is the same program and looks like you have to pay $40 for it. nvm

can confirm windows movie maker can also run on windows 10, is not native, and is obtainable in it
