Player is drafted to a 1yr $12.5m deal.
With 1 Bird year, the GM can offer up to a 20% raise on the last year's contract. In this case $12.5m * 120% = $15m.
The software then lets the GM offer up to 6 years.
We have a league rule that IF the GM is over the soft cap, they can only offer up to 2 years.
Last creation draft, we let people do up to the full $15m 6yrs 10% with early Birds and a $12.5m expiring IF they had the cap space:

I think since we have the same rules and that is how they are written we should also allow that this time, but there was discussion in shout so I wanted to offer the league the opportunity to weigh in.
