Auburn How often can you say a 6'10 PF has the best jumpshot in the draft class? Smith's fluid motion, high release, and soft touch have him up to par with any of his sharpshooting peers. Defensively, he's mobile on the perimeter and physical inside, making him a candidate to defend 3-through-5 but also switch comfortably onto guards, which is a must in todays trigger happy TMBSL. He averages about a block and steal per game, with good instincts and quick hands, even if he's not super wiry or energetic on that end of the floor. His biggest red flag is his lack of finishing ability at the rim, and what's worse is he knows it, resulting in perilously low dunk attempts and offensive rebounds for someone with his measurables. Some scouts dare whisper 'Kevin Durant' when they speak of him and all of his potential, but its unlikely he will ever achieve that level of success.
