Best scorer in the NCAA so far at 28.6ppg, which is largely based on skill and incredible shot-making... which should translate well to the next level. Puts a lot of pressure on the defense with his scoring ability. He has always played as more of a scoring guard than a pure point, so his assist numbers won't blow you away, which helps cover up some questionable handling. Can get any shot he wants and has great shot efficiency. Teams are completely focusing on him defensively, rotating different players at him, so he’s under pressure at all times and still finds a way to hit difficult shots every game. He's taken every big shot for Davidson for 3 seasons and has done so under pressure. He should walk into TMBSL as a top 10 FT% shooter and is by a pretty wide margin the best three point shooter to enter the league in memory, and teams that try to funnel him inside regret it as he's a more than capable finisher. Defensively Curry is crafty and a smart defender with good hands, who averaged 2.5 steals this past season. He is a bit of a risk-taker in that regard, so he may not always be reliable in one-on-one man defense, and he just doesn't have the physicality to hang in the post or block shots. He absolutely needs more strength, no scouts would disagree, but most do agree that that would be the icing on an otherwise incredible cake, and even after three years in college there's a lot of growth still expected.
