A player whose development never really clicked, Finley seems to have regressed slightly from his sophomore year to his senior year. Probably stayed in college a year too long for his draft stock, but still has all the pieces to be a solid starter in TMBSL, just may lack some of the sexiness of "unknown." A great jumpshooter from midrange, and with the form to become very strong from range, Finley is at his best operating from 15-19ft out and occasionally attacking downhill utilizing his impressive hops. Although he needs some work finishing against pro rim protectors, drawing the big man lets him rack up assists on low risk high reward passes. Some scouts are concerned with his overall strength... but that seems to be the one thing that has improved over the last few years, so it could be a lesser concern.
