Hi all, I recently stumbled over to the sim league that uses FBB and 20s got banned from. I signed up for a team and their camps/banking system looks suspiciously like ours:
Now, this is fine. In fact their methods of spending upgrades is similar to ideas we've had before bandied around shout.
Such as:
*limiting ALL ratings upgrades to 85.
*only having small amount of upgrades happen at once (i.e. you can send a player to 2 'camps' each season until they are 25, giving small boosts each year instead of the +40 players get here as rookies.
here's the interesting parts:
Any player over 25 cannot be sent to a improvement camp. He can however go to a contract buyout, extension, or Team Doctor Camp
The following camps DO NOT count against the 2 camps per season limit: Team Doctor Camp, Contract Extension, Contract Buyout Camps.
Any players 25 years old or younger can go to 2 regular camps, and 1 Focus camp per season (Player can potentially go to each camp twice in career.)
Rating limits are 85 any spending will trickle down if one rating is 85 the points will go towards the next rating in that camp spending..
1. If your player has already been sent to camp or same name he cannot go again unless below 2 career limit.
2. 3 Camps per year will still be allowed 2 Regular, and 1 Focus camps (no change.)
3. Cost for each camp will remain $500 GM cash, and Focus camps $250 (no Change.)
4. 85 Rating limit will still be in place.
5. If a rating is at 85 within a camp the points will only carry over to the other rating in camp. No longer going to potential
6. 25 and younger camping rule still applies
7. Potential camp can only be used on players who have not gone to Gym Rat Camp from 05 on.
