Straight to TMBSL after a decorated high school career, Tracy McGrady will immediately put up eye popping stat lines in the defensive and rebounding department, though unsurprisingly for a player his age his defensive fundamentals will need some time to catch up to the highlight reel. An adequate mid range jumper and mediocre three point shot will limit him to a secondary offensive role, though his vision and very strong ball-handling for someone his age may have him playing some point forward early in his career.
The biggest questions regarding McGrady are how his scoring will develop. He's a fantastic athlete and was able to dominate his high school competition with his natural talents but never developed much of an inside game. If he can figure that out and get the reps in on his jumper, he has a chance to be the best player in this draft class.
