This is a poll to determine if we should get rid of expansion drafts.
For existing teams, expansion drafts can cause a mad scramble - sometimes with only 24 hours notice - and cause major shifts in team-building strategies. And while this hasn't happened much in 6.0 (if at all), we've seen times that an expansion draft took place only for the new GM to disappear within a season or two.
For newcomers, it seems like they're often better off with a clean cap rather than taking scraps from others (I recognize this is not always the case).
This poll is intended only to determine whether to remove the current format of the expansion draft. It is not intended to provide any alternatives to the expansion draft. The "alternative" that this poll is proposing is the cap space the new GM will have.
