The new improvements history is now live. It will be updated with each improvement processing.

The new schedule for improvements is as follows:
preseason: trips to germany
sims 1, 4, 7, 10: upgrades
sims 2, 5, 8, 11: skill camps
sims 3, 9, 12: mentors

Trips to Germany must be posted before preseason, not before sim 1.
There is no upgrade sim after sim 10.

The improvements forum has been overhauled, and old improvement threads have been moved to the history section and locked.

Question for you - I see Mo Cheeks being the only guy with +40. I assume that was a hidden gem bonus (I thought I saw more 40s - guess not). Looks like the sheet is not intended to capture HG bonuses. Did it capture it for him for some reason?

I probably had him with 40 on the old sheet by mistake. At one point I was tracking that for gems but Eric asked that I stop because it is used for resets and gem bonus isn’t reset. 

I thought I went back and fixed all of them but must have never changed him.

sort in the improvements columns goes char by char, i.e. 30 is between 4 and 3 and 15 is below 2

First column is fine and I can't really see the necessity for doing it in the others.
