Dominant as a senior at Evans High School in Florida, Darryl Dawkins averaged 32 points and 21 rebounds before surprisingly entering his name in the TMBSL draft to try and make some money to support his grandmother.

Teams should temper their expectations for Dawkins out of the gate. He shows all of the tools to develop into a dominant post player at the next level, but he'll need good coaching to do so. He's incredibly strong and his plus leaping ability allows him to block a very good number of shots, but he has no discipline in the post and is easily faked out of position, leading to poor steal numbers and shocking foul numbers. His jump shot is solid which is surprising for someone his age, but he won't take threes.

Past that, Dawkins is about as rough around the edges as you'd expect. Once he gets the ball above his shoulders it's a wrap, his touch and athleticism see to that, but he is astonishingly prone to rips in the post. Has a nose for tipping in misses but his production on the defensive boards is poor due to chasing blocks.
