Reggie MillerSG6'718522UCLAThe three-point line wasn't added until Reggie Miller's fourth and final season at UCLA, but he established himself as a threat from downtown as soon as it was. As a senior, he hit 44% of his threes to go along with 83% of his free throws (actually a bit lower than his 88% peak as a junior) and did so at a high volume, leaving zero questions about sample size issues. His flawless form has scouts convinced that he'll be an excellent threat from deep at the next level, but also capable of scoring inside as he shot well over 50% from the field all four of his years in college. He's a remarkably polished scorer, though creating down low may be more difficult at the next level as Miller isn't particularly strong. Scouts are also impressed with his ball security and lack of turnovers, though that may partially be a result of his catch-and-shoot mentality as he rarely puts the ball on the floor. Miller is a decent perimeter defender, but he's not expected to rack up many counting stats on that side of the ball. He's also allergic to rebounding is unlikely to ever be much of a factor on the glass, either offensively or defensively. With Miller, you know what you're going to get - a polished scorer who doesn't offer much else. It's unlikely he sees massive growth at the next level.
