Cam ReddishSF6'821820DukeA versatile small forward with great size and above average athleticism, Cam Reddish has the skills to play any position on the floor except maybe the 5, most impressively on defense. Scouts love his ball-handling and the way he's able to consistently set up his teammates while also keeping offenses honest with his impressive jump shot. He loved to shoot in college but he just wasn't very efficient (36% from the field, 33% from three) and scouts would like to see better shot selection out of the young man from Duke. Still, scouts love the way he's able to combine his skills with the ball in his hands, his jump shot, and his size into one package. Reddish's biggest questions are around his assertiveness. He deferred to Zion Williamson and RJ Barrett frequently and often settled for pull-up jumpers or threes in transition rather than trying to attack the basket. He doesn't possess a refined game down low and his ability to stretch his solid mid-range game a bit further is not developed to this point. His lack of a good first-step is likely to hinder his ability to beat defenders off the dribble at the next level. Doesn't impress with his work on the glass or the practice court.
