Pay the Draft Builder more money (260 views)

I've had a lot of jobs in this league and this is easily the most time-consuming. I'm not petitioning for more money for banking or running the draft thread or anything like that, just writing all of the profiles. This would only be moving forward so I wouldn't be netting an additional 25k or 5 upgrade points for the past few drafts.

I'm suggesting 50k or 10 free upgrade points per year as the new amount so that this poll is as clean as possible without room for additional confusion or interpretation.

I also think this will reduce the constant turn over in the role as well as give the person a real incentive as it is thankless and a lot of work

You could have proposed it but didn't. 


You also are no longer the DM so how does this analogy work?  Its like changing a law AFTER someone served time under the previous law.
