shadows were added to dark theme shout names to make some more visible

this is a poll to see if we will keep them

outlines would be better but it is not possible to do them in the css

You can also use the text-shadow property to create a plain border around some text (without shadows):

thanks bill but that's not working properly in our shoutbox when i use it

or maybe it is but it just looks terrible on small text

We wouldn't need this if Odin and BK would change shout colors.

these have been updated to only appear for odin and bill

since it is now a per-group adjustment, remind me if someone else chooses black name text and i'll add them too
