63.5 Anaheim Amigos- UNDER - I think the Amigos are just as good as they were last year. I just think the West keeps improving and that knocks them down a bit. They won 68 last year and kept the same core around. Still an elite team and I think they will be right around the 63 win mark. 63-19
20.5 Atlanta Hawks- OVER- The Hawks are a bad team. That Under would be tough to achieve with the amount of CPU teams in the league. Bosh finally had a good TC and he has a glutton of non upgraded players on the roster. He should be able to hit this mark easily and we know Delaps article lit a fire under the young man. 27-55
45.5 Carolina Cougars-OVER - Should be one of the better Rebounding and defensive teams in the league. They will need it because they don't have a true buckets guy on the roster(besides Frank Mason). I think they will do enough out east to make the playoffs and with a trade (Charlie Bell?) they could vault up. 47-35
49.5 Charlotte Hornets- OVER - This one is tough. Is he going to send Wags to germany? Rodman looked like a beast in Preseason and he still has Pope and Tinsley who may becoming a top tier PG. Apke still lives , the guy has Wings. He doesn't have Bigs . Even with Rodman he looks to be trending towards the bottom of the league in Rebounding. This team will have to score in big #'s. 50-32
32.5 Chicago Bulls- UNDER - The Bulls got 27 wins last year and didn't do anything to improve. I hope Mike is doing well because the Bulls certainly aren't. 22-60
57.5 Cleveland Cavaliers- OVER - The Cavs have the same squad coming back that hit 57 wins last year. Wilkins got a bit older but the upgrades to Brad D should greatly improve the Frontcourt of the Cavs. Had they upgraded Mo Williams correctly I could see them coming out of the East. 62-20
60.5 Dallas Mavericks- OVER - I think they likely take the West this year. I still hate the Mason at SG thing they have going on though. He provides Volume shooting at a Good P/TSA but a team with Towns / Euro guy/ Bron and a good PG with upgrades doesn't need that. They need a guy to get boards and play defense. I'm guessing Dirt moves on at somepoint and finds that. 67-15
62.5 Houston Rockets- UNDER- They are the repeat champs and hit 65 wins last year. However they lost a ton of Frontcourt depth and starters. They lost Peter John, Kmart , and Okur. Rackley had a really bad TC. They also lost key wing Hyatt. I think they tried to fill in the pieces as well as they could but the Rockets clearly took a step back . 58-34
64.5 Indiana Pacers- UNDER - The Pacers won 61 games last year and I don't think they really got better. I think Willis can get possibly fill some of the production left by Kwame but he won't have the defense. Winslow took a step back in TC. Diop is a wildcard and looked playable in Preseason and he will likely see some upgrades. I just don't think this team has it this year. 59 -33
38.5 Los Angeles Lakers- OVER - Pete is still going to be here and they still have one of the better backcourts in the league. There are plenty of decent Bigs in FA that should be able to give him minutes to hit this over. 42-40
52.5 Milwaukee Bucks- OVER - All this team needed was another TO prone SF. And we got it. Bell should be near the top in the league in scoring. The Big rotation with only 1 true scorer should funnel more shots to the Wings who should all be very good. Also got back Fostis who was top 10 in PPG in preseason . 59-33
66.5 New York Knicks- OVER - This is mainly because the East is so bad. They have solid bigs who can Rebound and play defense. The same at SF. They have an elite scoring 1 2 who will likely carry this team to another playoff series loss. Good regular season team though. 67-15
52.5 Pittsburgh Pipers- UNDER- They have a couple really good bigs , a solid scoring SF and a good PG in Beckman. They need to find a SG though (bucks have some). That being said they only won 50 games last year but I think the East took another step back this offseason. The Bullets got better but that was about it. I see them right at the mark. 50-32
44.5 Portland Trail Blazers- OVER - The blazers added MJ and Thorpe. Neither had a booming TC but there is still hope. The Frontcourt is the same but I think West might be the best big now after another good TC. They have scoring off the bench and a solid PG. This team should hit the 45 win mark easy and are probably a 55 win team out East. 50-32
40.5 San Antonio Spurs- UNDER - The Spurs didn't add anything this offseason from a team that won 40 a year ago. They retained a key piece in Pau but still don't have enough to push through out west. CJ isn't really the guy anymore and while Bob gets buckets he doesn't do much else besides turn it over. 38-44
58.5 Seattle SuperSonics- OVER - The same team yet again for Tim. The Sonics are expecting big things out of Dontonio , but they could use another piece at the Wing. I don't love the PG's but with max bigs you can only do so much with the Cap. Great team that will challenge for the Finals out West. 64-18
44.5 Texas Chaparrals- UNDER. I think the Chaps will be right around this mark. They lack defense and rebounding although he will probably address that via FA signings to fill out his roster. They don't have a great PG but he's good enough. Pressley is very nice though. They need depth badly . 44-38
63.5 Toronto Raptors- OVER- They added some nice depth down low and have plenty of guys that can play on the Wing. I think they got a little better. I didn't like the Hill/Kidd trade at all for them and I felt adding a superstar to pair up with one of the best Bigs in the game would have been huge for them. Instead they added a TO prone SF and a game manager at PG. 64-18
57.5 Utah Jazz- UNDER- I bet this one myself in the casino. Fason is trying to trade his guys and will likely do so if given a decent pick/prospect. He's not going to spend to get better. He's playing for the future. Even if he kept the team intact I don't see them hitting 50 wins let alone 58. 45-38
56.5 Vancouver Grizzlies-UNDER - One of the tougher teams to figure out. Ibaka got older , but Gattison improved. They still have Bird and elite wing, and Forte who is very nice. I think they improve on the 50 wins they got last year but don't hit the 57 needed for this over. 54-28
53.5 Washington Bullets - OVER- JR Smith and Arenas will be a dynamite outside shooting duo for the Bullets. They got Ramos down low to team up with Curry and Woods(who took a step back) I also love Monroe coming off the bench and filling it up. 54- 28
