Eric BledsoePG6'119021 KentuckyEric Bledsoe enters TMBSL as an athletically gifted point guard, almost comparing to Kentucky teammate John Wall in that department. He possesses a lightning quick first step, impressive hops, and excellent strength. He also surprised many scouts by hitting over 38% of his threes in his lone college season but his form just can't support that percentage. He has a knack for getting to the basket and converting acrobatic finishes, even showing the ability to use his left hand when necessary to finish. His jump shot, however, remains unrefined and something he tends to shy away from, preferring to either attack the basket or settle for a three. Defensively, Bledsoe isn't as polished, though scouts believe there is major growth potential in this area of his game. His biggest issue will be in protecting the ball, where Bledsoe plays out of control and averaged more turnovers (3.0) than assists (2.9) per game. Some believe the issue won't be quite so terrible in TMBSL as Kentucky plays a chaotic, fast-paced game that leads to an excess of TOs.
