Avery BradleySG6'318020TexasAvery Bradley enters TMBSL after one season at Texas where he made his mark as a lockdown perimeter defender despite his lack of size. Both on and off the ball, Bradley clearly takes a ton of pride in shutting his man down, putting in the dirty work rather than hunting counting stats. His excellent work ethic on defense emphatically does not translate to securing the rebound. Offensively, Bradley was a bit of a head-scratcher during his lone college season. While he showed a knack for hitting from range while making 37.5% of his 3-point attempts, it was a totally different story from the line where he only made 54% of his free throws, but his form at the stripe is very good and shouldn't be a major issue from pro distance. He showed some ability to drive to the basket in college but relied mostly on his excellent athleticism to do so, never really demonstrating developed moves or finesse to convert those baskets. He did an excellent job protecting the ball, averaging just 1.5 turnovers in 30 minutes per game despite the ball being in his hands frequently. One of Bradley's bigger issues that scouts have pointed to is his inability to involve his teammates as he rarely looks to pass. Bradley is who he is at this point.
