- Drafted 3rd overall in the 3006 TMBSL Rookie Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers.
- Traded in a mega-deal in 3007 to the Milwaukee Bucks along with teammate Nick Van Exel to the Milwaukee Bucks for Antonio Gates and a 1st Round Pick (which eventually became Perry Moss)
- Traded the following season (3008) to the Washington Bullets in exchange for a 3011 1st Round Pick (1.2, which became Karl Malone)
- Following the expiration of his rookie deal, Love signed a MAX contract with the New York Knicks in 3010.
