RULE CHANGES
We are moving to two days for the draft - FA day 1 bids will be due 1:30 PM February 10th. Any remaining unmade picks at that time will be selected from lists or skipped.
Starting next season, the casino yearly bid limit will be 20,000 currency. No other casino rules are changing.
Starting next season, the casino runner will receive a +5 that can exceed the GM's yearly cap.
Starting in the 3002 season, we will have the following skill camps:
+7 3s (doubled for PF up to 60)
+6 orebs, +2 jumping, +2 quickness
+6 drebs, +2 jumping, +2 quickness
+6 post d, +2 strength, +2 quickness
+6 per d, +2 strength, +2 quickness
-10 passing
+5 strength, +5 quickness
+5 jumping, +5 quickness
+10 jumping
+10 lbs (only available to players ages 25-30)

ROOKIE DRAFT
The draft class is up.
There are ten players in each class who are hidden gems.
If a hidden gem receives an upgrade of at least +10, they will receive a one-time bonus +10 for free that does not count against GM yearly or player career caps, but cannot surpass attribute limits. The reply to the lab post will notify that the player is a hidden gem even if the GM did not list enough applicable options for any part of the upgrade to apply. A GM who performs tier 1 potential, tier 2, or tier 3 scouting on a hidden gem will have that status revealed in the response.
Draft picks can be made starting now.
Draft picks can be traded in any way until the trade deadline.
Between the trade deadline and the end of the playoffs, any trade involving a pick in this draft and a player is illegal and will be voided.
Every GM who does not send a list will be fined 2000 currency per first round timer expired and 1000 per second round.
The rookie draft timer starts 10 AM February 8th, and the timer in the first round is one hour.
Anyone who sends a list automatically opts into a third round pick.
After the second round, I will take the top remaining player for each optee in the same order as the second round.

Scouting must be purchased before the draft timer starts.
Scouting may not be traded in the Completed Trades forum. Instead, the commissioner must be notified directly by both parties, at which point the scout result will be sent by private message.
tier 1 - 5000 - the attribute breakdown of a given grade (Inside, Outside, etc.) in letter form (A = 81-100, B = 61-80, etc.)
tier 2 - 8000 - all attributes in letter form
tier 3 - 12000 - all attributes exactly
private workout - 10000 - the rank of two (+5000 for each additional participant) players in all attributes
stats - 10000 - the following aggregate per-36 stats from the season run three times test sim - only profile players can use this tier
GMs who purchase a tier of scouting can purchase the next tier of scouting on the same player for only the difference in price. Example: a GM purchases tier 2 on Kevin Durant for 10000. It only costs them 7000 to purchase tier 3. Stats scouting and private workouts are not applicable.
