SERGEI BELOV
The best player in Raptors history, Belov spent two elite years in the 6, posting the best pre-Paul/Kyrie PG seasons that TMBSL 6.0 has ever seen. He led the team to the Finals in 3001, once again not losing to the USA when it matters. A victim of an ill-fated tear-down, he was traded to Atlanta, but his heart remained in Toronto. Today we honor him by making him the 1st player inducted into Jurassic Park and retiring his #10 jersey, which will hang from the rafters of the Scotiabank Arena for all eternity.

ADAM HALUSKA The leading scorer in Raptors history, Haluska played 4.5 seasons in the Red and Purple before being traded to the Los Angeles Clippers. During his time in Toronto he led the Raps back to their first playoff appearance since 3001, making 3 All-Star games (3006, 3007, 3008) and making 2 All-League 2nd Teams (3006, 3007). He totaled 7,844 points in his medium-length tenure. Today we honor him by making him the 2nd player with a retired jersey in the Scotiabank Arena for all time. Welcome to Jurassic Park, Adam.

CEDRIC CEBALLOS
Cedric Ceballos has been traded away, but he lives on in our hearts forever. He leaves the franchise as the all-time leading scorer (with over 16,000 points), having surpassed Haluska some time ago. He's been a great player since year one, but was never able to crack the ceiling to become elite. A one-time all-star and one-time slam dunk champ, Big Ced entertained us as the consummate teammate, a tenacious rebounder, and an honorary Canadian. Today he becomes just the 3rd player in Raptor history to have his jersey hung from the rafters. There will never be another #23. Welcome to Jurassic Park, Ced.
