LeBron James
SF
6-9
250
18
St. Vincent St. Mary High School (Ohio)
Smooth player who makes scoring inside look effortless, no matter how difficult the competition, adjusting his shot according to the defense so it goes in with ease; Extremely powerful inside, using his strength and size to his advantage to really hammer it home in the open court and traffic, and he loves to be an alley-oop recipient. Jumper looks solid, but can be streaky leading to a career 67.6% FT in high school, with a range from 59-79%. However, his long-range shooting is more developed, possessing good motion on his long ranger jumper.
His ball handling is very good at the high school level, however he still needs work on maintaining better ball protection and has a tendency to get careless. Immense quickness. Shows unbelievable ability when it comes to passing the ball, simply has that uncanny court vision and knack for seeing plays develop before they occur.
Defensively, he shows solid anticipation skills when playing the passing lane, but has a habit of overplay his man for the steal which can leave the player open for the easy shot. In the same way he is an instinctual shot blocker, but his post defense can be lackadaisical at times. His defensive rebounding is quite good for his position, but he can rely on his size too much to bully his way to some of them, which may not be as consistent at the next level. Apt at following up his own shot. Very strong for his age, and his leaping ability is prime in this class.
tl;dr The total package.
There has never been a player that has more potential than LeBron James.

"However, his long-range shooting is much more developed, possessing very good motion on his long ranger jumper, keeping his body square and shooting with his elbow tucked in. This means he will be expected to take a lot of 3s at the next level right away, and make them at a good clip."
^ nope. 3 point shooting is a clear weakness for young LeBron.
Rest looks good I think.

He took 6 3PA per game in high school. One game he shot 17 of them. He made like 39% of them.

That is too high for a teenager SF with presumably 100 in potential. LeBron was a poor 3 point shooter the first 7 years of his NBA career.

Darius Miles took 5.5 3pa per game in high school This was written about him "One area he will need to work on offensively is his shooting form. He lacks any functional range and it will limit his impact offensively, at least initially. Scouts doubt that he will ever develop a 3 point element to his game, but anything is possible." The issue is your wording "However, his long-range shooting is much more developed, possessing very good motion on his long ranger jumper, keeping his body square and shooting with his elbow tucked in. This means he will be expected to take a lot of 3s at the next level right away, and make them at a good clip." The bolded above just isn't correct.

Yeah Mo Williams shot 6.2 per game his final year in college and got an unimpressive (in my opinion):
“Shoots a very good percentage from the line (85%), and shows a fairly consistent stroke from 3 point (though this could still improve some).”

Yeah my research for random dudes isn't as thorough as for potential 1.1s. I refuse to look up Darius miles high school stats. I look up scouting profiles for these guys, and in this case for a high profile prospect the stats and scouting report both said they take threes so they gonna take threes.
