Crafty, crafty, crafty. Diaw doesn't break a sweat on the court or in the weight room, but his apparently meandering drives somehow get him past the first line of defense anyway. As aggravated as the other team gets at being unable to stop the puffy Parisian from Pau-Orthez, his coaches get just as aggravated trying to get him to convert those drives into shot attempts. Alas, Boris loves only to pass, ne shoot pas. While his teammates love the easy looks they get from his dimes and his quick hands on defense, he shows a comical lack of effort on defensive fundamentals and rebounding.
A solid free throw shooter, scouts have hope he can develop a three point shot, but even if he does he'll need to land in the right environment to leverage his unique skill set.
