What would be the effect of raising the soft cap but keeping the hard cap the same. Max contract values would change. Post-rookie deal maxes would start at 17,250,000 for a soft cap of 69 million, then 20,700,000 for 7-9 yrs experience and 24,150,000 for 10+ years
