kc's Free Agency Preview

Welcome to the first kc's FAP and no, you pervs, FAP = Free Agency Preview. 
This year we have some pretty good FA's coming up, a lot of which will probably resign at least hopefully Mikan for my sake. But lets hop on into this. 
The list is in no particular order under their tiers. I realize that there is a few guys I left out and a few guys that could be shifted up or down a tier. But this took longer than expected and i just ran out of time to add anything else or make anymore changes. Hope you guys enjoy! 

Tier 1

• Kyrie Irving - PG - Age 28 - New York Knicks - C+, A+, A+, C+, D, C
  
  Kyrie finished 1st in WS (14.8). He's finished 5th in PPG (27.8), 7th in Assist PG (11.3).

  Dolph finished the seasons with 8.5 WS (12th in PFs), he also finished 2nd overall in PPG (28.9), he has no problem getting to the line averaging 20.1 FT per game.
