Tom Boerwinkle C 7-0 265 22 Tennessee
One of the more likely to be underrated players in this Draft, is 7-footer and Tennesse Volunteers center Tom Boerwinkle. Tom was one of the better rebounders and passers in the college ranks these last years. Boerwinkle was also one of the smarter defensive big men in his class, with perfect position for defense and rebounding on nearly every play. While he is strong, he would not be confused for some of the more athletic monsters in this class, but he can more than hold his own at the next level, and has surprisingly good footwork.
Outside of his passing and ball handling abilities, Boerwinkle doesn't have a lot of skills on the offense end. Though he shoots respectably from the line (68%), he doesn't use his strength effectively in the post and hasn't developed many scoring moves. Scouts think Boerwinkle has probably finished most of his development, but more surprising things have certainly happened.
