old rule
If a GM has been inactive for 24 hours after they are eligible to pick, they will be skipped.
new rule
If a GM has been inactive for 24 hours after they are eligible to pick, they will be skipped for the rest of the draft, unless they make trade or forfeit the skipped pick(s).

make (COMMA) trade or forfeit the skipped pick(s)
We'll have another session about the lack of Oxford comma as well, because come on man, just use it.
