Winner of the contest receives a free +5 to apply to their players (do not have to pay for the upgrade, it is free).

Instructions:
Create the group of 5 TMBSL teams that will score the most points while not going over your $50,000 budget.

Also, answer the tiebreaker: how many PPG will the league scoring leader average?

Scoring System:
Regular Season Win = 2 points
Playoff Win = 4 points
Division Champ = 25 points
TMBSL Champ = 25 points
