Hedo is often considered the Turkish Sensation by those closest to him, and its easy to see why. One of the best prospects to turn pro in TMBSL from Tukey, he offers a unique skillset not often seen in someone his size. He turned pro in Turkey at a young age and is battle hardened after years of playing against grown men.
As mentioned, Hedo offers a unique skill set for his size and position. He is one of the rare players of his size who has a natural ability to shoot the ball, no matter where he is on the court, he is a scoring threat. He consistently shot 80% from the FT line and over 40% from deep.
Hedo is an adequate defender, he understands how to play team defense and stay in a decent position. His length helps him get the occasional block or steal, but he won't be a lockdown defender. He possesses average, at best, athletic traits which will hurt him against more agile offensive players.
In addition, Hedo has uncanny skill at passing the ball and leading an offense. He can make excellent live dribble passes, make bounce passes to bigs or pick out open shooters. He is comfortable being the point forward for extended stretches.
Hedo is much more of a perimeter player and lacks the bulk most others at his position have. He will need to be more comfortable going inside and add some strength to help him. His lack of strength and perimeter focus will likely mean he is on the lower end of the rebounding stats.
Overall, Hedu offers a unique skillset as he should be a lights out shooter from day 1. However, that could limit the number of teams that would be interested in him. He will need some work in the weight room to be a starter in the league, but under the right circumstances he could flourish.
