Introducing improvements.htm!

This shows the increase or decrease to each attribute and grade for every player who received an improvement. Trips to Germany are still reported in the individual thread.
I am not sure if I will do it for other sims, since sim 1 is always the big workload. If I do I'll introduce a numbering convention so each round's will stay recorded for posterity.
This was dramatically easier for me to do so I'm going to keep doing it. If people have requests for formatting or other fine tuning, those are up for debate.
