It's a battle of the sexes. This is derived of an idea eric/shout proposed vs the idea that has now won overwhelmingly the last two polls. Eric will have to respect the results of this poll!

Option 1:

All contracted players going into FA at the conclusion of the current year.

Option 2:

Contraction Waivers based on previous years record with 2 stipulations:

1. Claimed player cannot be traded for 1 full season
2. If a team claims a player you get moved to the bottom of the waiver order in the following season (if theres another contraction)

the reason we haven't settled this since june is the league doesn't agree on how specifically "going into FA" happens: whether existing FAs or contracted players are saved from potential software eating them, and now whether we go out of our way to delete existing FAs or contracted players, or some subset of either

putting it as one line item in a poll doesn't change the fundamental issue we haven't been able to get past
