Barney Sedran PG 5’5 165 22 City College and New York
At only 5-foot-5-inches and 165 pounds, Sedran's lightning-fast moves and superior passing judgment made him a wizard on the court. Despite his size, Sedran was the go-to player and his team's leading scorer most seasons. After three standout years at City College of New York, Sedran turned professional in 3013. Sedran is a traditional point guard’s favorite point guard. Yeah, he’s small as fuck, but he’s tough as nails and plays like it. His defense is outstanding, with the potential to lead the league in steals. No one stays in front of their man like Sedran, using his elite quickness and speed to stop drives, draw offensive fouls, and close out. Sedran’s frame will make life difficult for him on the offensive end however. He has very limited ability to score, and doesn’t look to do so frequently. He’s about as reliable as they get with the ball in his hands given his low center of gravity it’s difficult for anyone to steal the ball from him, and his passing is sublime. Whoever drafts Sedran is looking for him to do 2 things: take care of and distribute the ball on offense, and lock down his man on defense. His growth potential is limited but not non-existent just don’t ever expect him to be a scorer.
