non dumb-ass rankings:
A Tier (semi-ordered, but everyone is bunched up except for Bankz up top)
Bankz - Built the most dominant team the league may ever have. Cost himself S tier with mismanagement of the two 1.1's. But he liquidated and seemingly has landed on his feet.

Chap - 4th in Fracs. Two titles (although one was very lucky). Did a great job of building a contender (Theo) and keeping it going (Jokic/Granger).
Ank - 3rd in Fracs. Good chance to be in 2nd after this season and the best chance be 1st in Fracs by 3020. Most valuable roster assembled in 6.0 thus far and did the best job so far of 6.0 "tanking" to gather assets in preparation for high draft picks.
Trof - No titles but 2nd in Fracs and very quickly put together an up-and-coming contender again for the next 5-10 years
JHB - Will shoot up the Frac ranks after this year. Built one of the best teams in 6.0 history and had a decent run early in 6.0 too.
B tier (semi ordered)
Bk - 2 titles although he's definitely been lucky with that. I'm not crazy about his rebuild currently thus the B tier, but on the other hand you could argue the 2 titles gives him automatic A tier and you wouldn't be wrong.
Druce - Won a title and built a great team at the start of 6.0. Did better than most of the other early 6.0 contenders in terms of transitioning to a new core. That new core and his current team are a couple tiers behind the elite but he does have nice picks coming up as assets.

Pete - Pete's current team build is extremely impressive and is going to curb stomp pretty much everyone else out West. He did what the Knicks did which is position himself to have a contender with minimal risk. It's like 95% to happen. And that's the definition of great GMing. He's been patient and has stuck to the goal/vision.
20s - Consistently has very good to great teams. Seems to do a good job of finding new talent and not letting his roster decay as the wheel turns which is a huge skill to have in a wheel league. But not titles and the Maye for Irving trade is one of the worst so far.
Heebs - Steady and tries to differentiate his team build rather than just copy-catting. Has built a team that should be good until his 1.1 arrives. Seemingly content to target that 0.05-0.1 Frac range? which isn't sexy but is a sound strategy. Has earned Fracs all but 1 season
C tier (not really ordered)
Ian - Kind of a boring GM and I think he's off on player valuations sometimes, but he's also kind of steady and decent.
Dirt - Just extremely uneven. Has built some great rosters but he's also torn down some great rosters as well. Mortgaged his future which is a dangerous game in a wheel league. It seems to me he may finally have gone bust given his current team/draft pick situation. Although I've said that before, and he's worked his magic.
Soup - Built a monster team to start 6.0. Then proceeded to give a showcase of bad GMing in a wheel league by mortgaging all his draft picks and letting his roster decay.
Skrouse - Solid GM. Has made some nice trades I think. Still hasn't put together an elite roster.
Odin - Built a great team to start 6.0 and has been treading water ever since. Finally got off the mat and put together a good group.
Delap - Solid GM but nothing too exciting here aside from the Belov years. Has shown he'll do what it takes to win (illegal uppies)
AndrewLuck - Extremely Lucky Title, but it counts. At least he can build a consistent playoff team.
Troy - At least he built one great team
Ward - Solid but mediocre
D tier (not ordered)
Yawn - Kind of rough to put him here as he really hasn't botched much. Has had some rough FA luck but he hasn't let his roster crumble and he has some decent picks coming up. Close to C tier.
Sap - He's competent at this point and he seems to get it. Will be interested to see how his 2nd build goes.
Pointy - Not too engaged but he's assembled some good talent on that roster, albeit through some odd transactions
Majic - Has yet to build a great team and there isn't one on the horizon.
F tier - no blurbs

I was able to listen to the podcast this morning and have one major gripe. You guys were incredibly unfair to bankz . He has nearly double the amount of fracs to the next closest GM and has 2 titles. As the Frac King he should be no lower than A tier. |
