all board duties may be claimed for 25k or +5 that can exceed the GM's yearly cap

upgrades and skill camps may only be reset on sims 1 and 7

in season scouting of non draft players may now be purchased. only attribute scouting is available in season, and costs 15k. it will be processed at 8 pm the day before sim 1, and at sim time for sims 3 6 9 and 12. the director of scouting applies to in season scouting. since there is no purpose in hiding on-roster scout requests, post them in this thread: tmbslsix.proboards.com/thread/2643/on-roster-scouts

moving forward how will we delineate claims for board duties? just post in banking thread and tag skrouse for bucks or in upgrades thread and tag me so that we can add it to the upgrades chart in owed assets?
