Important Terms
Price - current market price of a Team Stock. The Price is based on current winning percentage of a team times 82 (games). For example, a team that has a current winning percentage of 100% will have a price of 82. If their winning percentage was 50%, it would be 41. A Price can NEVER fall below 1.
Ask (price) - current price at which a GM can BUY Team Stocks from SCM.
Bid (price) - current price at which a GM can SELL Teams Stocks to SCM.
Minimum Lots - minimum lots are the lowest amount of shares that can be bought or sold in a single trade. They are based on a formula of $500/Price rounded to the nearest whole number. Minimum lots will change throughout the course of a season.
Maximum Lots - Max Lots are the highest amount of shares that can be bought by a single GM in a single trading session. They are based on a formula of $2500/Price rounded down to the nearest whole number. Maximum lots will change throughout the course of a a season.
Ticker Tape Rules
2. Prices posted following Sim 3, Trading Session closes at deadline of Sim 4
3. Prices posted following Sim 6, Trading Session closes at deadline of Sim 7
4. Prices posted following Sim 9, Trading Session closes at deadline of Sim 10
5. Prices posted following Sim 12, a SELL ONLY Trading Session closes at deadline of FA Day 1.
Cross Trades: SCM has a fiduciary responsibility to execute all orders at the best available price for its customers. If one GM is looking to BUY a particular stock, while another GM is looking to SELL the same stock during the same Trading Session, the BUY and SELL will be executed as a Cross Trade between the two GMs. Cross Trades will be executed at the current Price, which will always be between the Ask and Bid. Cross Trades will be executed on a First In First Out basis.
Deposits: A GM may deposit up to 10K of their skrouse skratch (TM) each season. Regardless of when the deposit is made, it will be immediately added to their starting MV to determine rate of return.
Trading Sessions: GMs only will be able to Buy and Sell team stocks from SCM during the open Trading Sessions. The Trading Session Schedule is posted below. Prices will be posted by SCM proceeding the previous sim and GMs can post orders before the following sim deadline. Orders posted in the Ticker Tape thread will are final at the deadline of Sims 1, 4, 7, and 10.

Pete posts a SELL of 10 Shares of LAL @ 10:15 AM EST
Dirt posts a BUY of 5 Shares of LAL @ 10:30 AM EST
Odin posts a BUY of 10 Shares of LAL @ 11:00 AM EST
Current Price of LAL is 47.0, with a Bid of 45.58 and an Ask of 48.40
This will be executed as:
Pete SELLS 5 LAL to Dirt @47
Pete SELLS 5 LAL to Odin @47
Odin BUYS 5 LAL from SCM @48.40
Order Edits: Any edited posts in the Ticker Tape thread will be ignored, if a GM wishes to adjust an order they must delete their post and post a new order. The Ticker Tape thread will be locked at the deadlines of Sims 1, 4, 7, and 10. It will be reopened once all orders have been processed.
Off Season Cash Outs: A GM may elect to Cash Out their current Brokerage balance to their Skrousey Bank balance at any point following Sim 12 up to the next season's Preseason deadline. Between Sim 12 and the Deadline for FA Day 1 bids, a GM may elect to liquidate (Sell) any positions held at the current Bid price in order to cash out the funds. These funds will be immediately transferred to their Skrousey Bank.
Disclaimer - These are the Rules as of today, they are subject to change. All GMs will be notified of any changes promptly. The Commissioner maintains the right to veto any transaction he deems inappropriate based on existing TMBSL 6.0 rules.
