how do i cash out my position? The next open trading session of the season will follow sim 9. There will also be a trading session following sim 12 that will be for liquidating transactions only (SELLs).
You would need to sell your position during one of those times and then you can withdraw your funds in the off season.

the failed eric administration continues to tout four straight periods of growth in the tmbsl 29 index, refusing to acknowledge that they have yet to recoup the losses of Black Sim4day. whom do they think they're kidding with this omphaloskepsis?

skrouse At the end of the sim season do we all have to cash out or can we carry stocks over to the 3008 season? You can choose to maintain the holdings or cash them out. Beginning MVs will be recalculated following PS for any positions carried over for the ROR competition for the 5K. But their MVs in terms of actual value will always be based on the Prices.
For example, if ATL ends the season valued at 39 and you have 100 shares, their MV is 3900. If you carry them over and their Preseason price is 41, their new MV would be 4100. That MV is reflected in your account but you beginning MV for next season would be the 4100, not the 3900. You basically don't get credit for that $200 increase for the competition but you do if you were to cash out the position.

Thru Sim 12
And as the season comes to a close here are the final numbers.
The TMBSL 29 Index was mostly level, outside of the sim 3 dip where 20s and Bankz made their fortune buying as much HOU as they could
Congrats to 20s who is the inaugural champion of the SCM Challenge with a Rate of Return of 162.5%! 5K has been awarded.
Here are the Price Changes from beginning to end.
> The biggest movers from PS to Sim 12 were ORL (+14.02) and CBO (-16.98) > The largest positive price change between two trading sessions was CST going +33.39 between PS and Sim 3
> CST was also the largest negative price change between two trading sessions going -33.37 between Sim 3 and Sim 6

90,000
This is a cool exercise. It'd be cool if we could invest more money so that payouts (outside of the 5k) could pay for more than a single upgrade point at most.

A lot of thought and effort went into this. I didn't invest in time this year, but hope to play next season.
