I believe this was discussed and eric wants to start here - I like the bet limit though, I don't like Win/Loss limit. |

Question on how it works, say I bet 10k and win. I am done betting for the season. Do I get to put 20k in my bank or only 10k?

the 10K you're betting comes from your bank, if you win, you don't pay out you just collect.
So you bet 1K on the Heat to beat the Jazz. If the Heat win, your bank is adjusted +1K. If the Heat lose, your bank is adjusted -1K.

So I only get to deposit 10k into my bank? yea, 10k profit, so you end up with 20k if you started with 10. His Bank total would be 20K (10K to start + the 10K he won) but if he didn't have the 10K in his bank to begin with he couldn't place the bet.
The casino 10K is a cap you can spend, not a stipend you get and can chose to spend or just put in your bank.

Just to add some context to the conversation.
Eric originally wanted the limit to be 20k. I thought 10k was plenty given how little traction daily casinos had in 5.0 along with the fact the limit only applies to daily casinos and not free roll casinos or off board games.
A few GMs have been betting daily and I’ve seen the limit hit pretty quickly and that’s with solid bets and not all in 10k affairs.
I’ve since suggested to Eric we bring the cap up to 20k and he said we would see how the rest of the season played out before revisiting the cap limit.
