Currently GMs can release a second round pick without having them go on the books as cut salary between the time they make it and the end of the draft. Some people in shout suggested we get rid of this rule, and I think it's a good idea. Vote and weigh in here.

old rule used to be you had until TC to decide if you want to extend 2nd rounders or waive them.
