the most likely scenario if you vote someone off day one is 7-3 town advantage after night one. i think 20s is town but i cant believe he was pushing so hard for that scenario and refused to see it any other way.

I'll gather my thoughts for the morning, but my gut tells me that Skrouse's late switch to NO EXECUTION seems like a mafioso hiding in a safe place. I would expect that the 3 Mafia ended up on 3 separate vote outcomes on Day 1.

What do we think of trofie coming off his DaChap vote to kill pointy? His original vote wasn’t even part of the 3 way tie which happened at the end when vanilla civ pointyegg voted JHB to protect himself. Was trofie trying to make sure JHB didn’t die? Ankly was one of the other JHB voters along with pointyegg and myself. Trofie hasn’t voted for any of the 3, then switched to pointyegg instead of either no execution or JHB.

And the most likely scenario if you don’t vote someone off day one is a 6-3 town advantage day two. 

You know I’m a numbers guy, and I heard once that you should always execute on day one to give yourselves the best chance to win, and I’m too lazy to go look up if that holds true with two power roles on the town side.

Yea i'm not sure why Trofie would change his vote. It really doesn't do anything for us citizens. If he was a PI like he claimed why not allow the random kill? He could Investigate Pointy if he stayed.

this time i can just tell because of how dirty all his posting is. maybe he isn't mafia but i don't think anyone is a more likely mafia.

i could possibly switch my vote later, usually someone drops some real good insight that becomes obvious to go along with, but until then i just feel like 20s has acted the most suspicious so far. not sure what we would have after 1 night though. fwiw I'm generally no execution day 1 so I don't like piling onto the votes early. It's good however to get a lot of people to record their votes (and even switch a few times each day for XTRA info) because when someone finally dies that pops up mafia it's usually pretty telling

couple thoughts. it definitely ensures that he makes it through night 1 and gets to investigate someone if thats true because the mafia would have to be dumb to try and whack him knowing a bg is in the game on the flip side, it also ensures a successful mafia hit on night one in the likely scenario that bg protects him, they obviously can't protect anyone else. i would love to hear from trofie as to what the strategy was in making that announcement. off the top of my head i dont particularly recall a push for trofie to be killed day 1 and i honestly don't see him as a likely mafia target night 1 so the motivation to come forward unprompted as investigator seems a bit shaky

That's fair, but I would say it's more because I missed half of the game yesterday and didn't want my low activity to seem sus.  For example, I 100% missed the whole trofie acting like he was the PI until JHB pointed it out.  But I don't mind going if it helps us get more info.

Can Trofie at least come in and tell us what he knows since the cat's already out of the bag. We can at least clear 2 people if he'll let us know what he's learned today and tomorrow.
