11. Portland Trailblazers- Raymond Lewis 2 SG 6'1'' 180 25 3 B, C+ D, C- D, D,
Dont't really understand this pick with so many better SGs in the file, especially with D pot. Who knows, he could be good but I wouldn't be on it. Majic is going to have to nail his next few picks for make this one seem better. Also, maybe this is the hidden gem guy, who knows. He only has two years

12. Washington Bullets- Lloyd Sharrar 1 C 6'10'' 210 22 B- C- F+ C A- A West Virginia
Big fan of Sharrar. Probably the best non-serbian big in the draft. I think new/returning GM nailed this pick and will be glad he did. He'll need to move forward with an inside focused build but those aren't difficult to come by. Big fan. However, this is another guy on a 1 year deal so yawn will need to go into FA will enough cap space to insure he gets a resign
Grade: A-
13. New Orleans Pelicans- William Buford 1 SG 6'5'' 215 23 0 B- B- C C+ C B Ohio State
Buford legitimately seems like this best pick in the draft so far and I can't believe he fell this far. I regret taking Blackmon over him at 1.10 but there may not be a massive difference between the two. Boomslick has a really nice player to start his build with but he will need to nail a few more picks to insure Buford doesn't become trade fodder. Unfortunately though, this guy is only on a 1 year deal.
Grade: A
14. Los Angeles Clippers (traded from Golden State Warriors)- Antonella Riva 2 SF 6'5'' 220 28 8 A- C+ D- C- D+ B
Another guy I strongly considered at 1.10 but age and contract turned me off. Regardless, I think this he is going to be a spectacular player for dirt to add to his already ridiculous team. Great offense (supposedly) and really good defense (again, supposedly). He may need to trade him before his contract is up or prepare to have plenty of cap space going into the 2nd FA.
Grade: B
15. Vancouver Grizzlies (traded from Philadelphia 76ers)- Jason Capel 5 SF 6'8'' 225 27 5 C+ B- C- C+ B, C,
Capel is a decent looking player as far as grades and stats go, along with that he's not the oldest player by any stretch of the imagination and is on a 5 year deal. Will he be worth 12.5m 5 years from now? Who knows, but that what amnesties are for. #amnesty. Druce is a good guy, good gm so I'm sure he has a plan.
Grade: C-
16. Charlotte Bobcats (traded from Carolina Cougars)- Demetrius Mitchell 4 PG 5'10'' 185 32 10 A- C, C+ C- D, D
I tried to trade up for this guy for so fucking long, specifically to get in front of Tyler (who would have definitely taken him) and Dirt (who very likely could have taken him). He is 32 and has D pot but he has a year of no TC before he can be sent to Germany and if he doesn't retire early he's a great Retirement Insurance candidate, although that's a bit less effective for PGs than it is for other positions. That being said, I'm really glad I was able to land him. Should make for a very nice back court.
Grade: B
17. Sacramento Kings- Jon Davis 1 PG 6'3'' 195 23 1 A- C, B- F- C, B,
Really intriguing guy. Great grades all around but what the fuck is an F- defense. Maybe it matters, maybe it doesn't, but all defensive grades seem absurdly low right now. Regardless, if Mitchell had gone before I was able to grab him this is the PG I would have taken. Big risk on a guy with a 1 year contract but, as I always say, just go into FA with the cap to outbid everyone if he is good enough to warrant that.
Grade: B-
18. Toronto Raptors (traded from San Antonio Spurs)- Sergei Belov 5 PG 6'3'' 180 33 11 B, C+ B- D+ D- D,
Oldie but goodie. Should be one of the better PGs in the league until he gets even more old as shit. A 5 year deal on a 33 year old is a bit scary but delap knows what he's doing. At worst, this guy can be moved to a contender for future picks if things aren't going well for theMavs Raptors. Really great value pick but not sure he's a player to lead a team to a title.
Grade: B-
19. Texas Chaparrals- Kennedy Meeks 4 PF 6'9'' 265 25 3 B- C- C- C, C+ B,
The stats indicate this should be a good player but the grades leave much to be desired. Luckily, we got that +30-40 to fix an problems a player may have, which could be efficiency and rebounding in Meeks case. Regardless, this seems like a very solid pick considering where we are in the draft. There's some better players out there but they're all much older.
Grade: B
20. Orlando Magic (traded from Seattle Supersonics)- Oscar Schmidt 3 SG 6'9'' 230 30 11 B+ B+ D D D D Brazil
In my opinion, if you ignore age, Schmidt is easily a top 10 players, maybe higher. Dude is going to fill it up. I wouldn't be surprised if he's a top 5 scorer at the end of the season. This, however, is a 3 year deal so Skrouse has some security and Schmidt is as good as expect he should have a very very nice trade chip to send to someone who wants to compete.
