As the draft continues to crawl. The Los Angeles Clippers have already selected their guy, Kevin Love. As Joe would say you gotta LOVE the pick and the LA fans have high hopes Klove will pair well with the young dynamic rookie PG Nick Van Exel. The Clippers GM expressed his infatuation with Kevin but as we all know GM Dirt was busy trying to trade out of thr 3rd overall pick in the 06 draft. The real story some would say is why the fans aren't buying the rookies new jersey. Why aren't the fans showing up to the games? Many would say chaos is boiling over in LA red and blue.
We caught up with local fan club owner Jenny McCarthy and asked if the fan base is happy with the way the organization Is going. "We all spent our stimulus checks on Allan Houston All-Star jerseys and the Clippers won't reimburse us. Why should the fans suffer a GM with the attention span of a 12 year old girl."
We tried to reach Dirt for a statement on why he traded away 3 big pieces in just a 60 day span but the front office responded with "no comment".
The LA franchise has taken a turn for the worst after two strong seasons to start the league. The attendance has fallen to an all-time low and we've heard rumors of fans moving their loyalty to Oakland.
The Clippers are the 8 seed and fans are still hoping to have their 1st playoff birth since saying goodbye to Kyle Hines and Antonella Riva. Only time will tell if GM Dirt can keep his eyes on the prize and build a true contender since the creation draft.

I've dreamed of a day I can draft a blue collar American that can be the face of LA the city and the Los Angels Clippers organization. Kevin take it away...
Kevin Love: uh yea thanks Mr.Dirt. I'm excited to stay home and build a championship contender here in LA. I've heard to always keep my bags packed and stay in a hotel but I'm lucky enough to shack up with a girlfriend so it works out. I've heard stories of Dirt and I think I will be different than those other guys. I'm the best at what I do and I think I'll be here for the long haul.
GM Dirt: Home is where you make it is what I always say. Never have No in your heart. Life's a garden dig it. I always get the good stuff. Any comments or questions:
Reporter: Yea Kevin what are your thoughts of being the 3rd best big man in LA?
Kevin: You mean those Euro Trash buckets that play in purple? I've played with the best at UCLA been coached and trained to defeat the weak and to be a proud American. They may be good in the trenches but they'll have to guard me in the parking lot.
GM Dirt- - chuckles: You see here we've decided to move our offense in a different direction than most. We've seen what the Bobcats and Twolves are doing and we aren't going to be sitting stagnant playing inside ball with the dinosaurs. We're here playing chess while those other teams play checkers.
Reporter: Kevin, have you spoken with NVE?
Kevin: yea I've seen him around UCLA mostly stomping the yard. I think after playing with Westbrook I should be a better player playing alongside an elite scorer. I've watched alot of games on ESPN and were missing a stretch 4 type of guy like myself and I know I can be a future all-star in this league. We are both excited to get this train back on track.
Reporter: Do you have confidence you will be a Clipper your entire rookie contract?
Kevin Love: Yea of course. I've been promised things we can't discuss and I know my skill set will bring the American fans back to the stadium. Molar World has decided to send me a big check and I start filming commercials next week. Those other players are good but I bring a unique skill set to the league. SOTA weight loss has jumped on board and I'm already getting inquires from Bangbros.
GM Dirt: We had Kevin #2 on our big board and comped him to Bojan so if our coaches can do their jobs he ain't going anywhere.
Reporter: Last question for you GM Dirt, will you continue to build a fire storm in LA or stick to a plan and bring together a team the city can be excited about?
GM Dirt: As some of yall know we've dealt players for picks and I hope to bring in a solid veteran this off-season. We've made some calls and even though we haven't had anyone answer we are still confident we can make a run in the near future. I've called up some agents asking if they are going to test FA and I think some players are willing to move to the bright lights of Los Angeles...
