eric , can you change the 2nd list in the OP to reflect the pick position column below?  I put headers but you can leave them out if you don't wish to update them every season

with the row number listed, you don't have to count them to know what the pick #s. Since in the 1st table some picks are missing, the number listed isn't 100% accurate. It can slide up.

Just thought this was a simple change that could help avoid confusion
