Would you support a mechanism such as limiting a player to 15 uppies in their normal cap per year to smooth the effect of upgrades over multiple seasons rather than allowing a complete max out all at once?

I feel we are to far down the road on this for it to be changed now.

I feel we are to far down the road on this for it to be changed now. this is terrible reasoning to say no. It shouldnt matter how far along any plan/rule is, if there is a better way to do something it should be considered.

I feel we are to far down the road on this for it to be changed now. What if we waited to implement it for five seasons since you seem to be implying that you built your team around being able to add +30 to players immediately?

I don't like the idea of changing the setup. I'm not sure how this is a positive change. If someone would like to make the case for changing it I would be open to the argument

Do we have a pros/cons list going?
An immediate pro that comes to mind is that players which may not have received upgrades probably would now get them. A con would be that upgrades lose some trade value because a gm may not be able to spend them all on the players they want to.
