No signings will be valid until 8 PM following this season's free agency.
For 24 hours following 8 PM, teams at or above 12 players on their roster must wait one hour after their last signing, if any, or that signing will be invalid.
If team A signs a player at 5 PM and team B signs the same player at 8:01 PM, team B will receive the player.
If team C has six players and signs seven at 8:01, then team D that has twelve players signs the seventh player at 8:02, team D will receive the seventh player
