A lot depends on the contractor, how much work they take on and how much they sub contract out. In my case, the supply chain issues definitely affected the timeline, at least 5 months was added just waiting on some of the beams for the screen. My contractor also subbed out everything... Conversely, I had a friend who put one in without a spa, heater, or a screen and it was done in 4 months. Mine took about 16 months from the time they broke ground.
