the soccer one needs bigger text to be readable at small size, or no text at all would probably work
if you can crop the bar off the dumb and dumber one that's good to go

something weird happens to the text on that when it gets resized the soccer one looks pretty bad at emoji size imo  |

as a general rule look at how the gif looks at 100px height, if it's illegible especially the text look for a different version
