For people who are new to the modern preseason, we sim 60 days including the All-Star break.
The projections are based on last year's win shares or, if insufficient time played, preseason PER. In our case since there is no last year, I used win shares based on the test sim.
The projections do not take into account preseason DC, but sets everyone's optimal DC based on the stats.
The title odds take those projections and simulate each round of the playoffs through the championship.
