My best guess is it’s Ank and Bankz since trofie was confirmed by 20s and druce was willing to initially jump in on Ank
Hats off to Ank who will probably win as mafia here, this was an all-time great play

I think it has to be ank. If we find out he's godfather we know its jhb or druce who were saved by ank. If he's mafia then its probably not jhb who wasn't investigated

I investigated JHB who is mafia. Did not expect to actually be able to share that information.
This is a very nifty play by mafia. And this would have been avoided if we actually went ahead with 20s plan, although I didn't see this as a possibility.
Bottom line is that one more wrong execution means the town loses. And keeping me alive makes me the obvious choice.
Doing it this way is the only way JHB is not confirmed mafia as if my role was revealed, he gets executed guaranteed. So instead of killing me and revealing JHB, they kill another town instead. It's very smart.

Usually you want to kill the sheriff as soon as you can to prevent them from using their investigation. But this is a rare instance where my investigation doesn't mean anything. Killing me at night would actually have been a better investigation of JHB than my actual investigation, so in that sense they mafia chose wisely.
